into the River, and come up again, Birch
having hold of Deced's Coat, but [..] sing his
Hold Birch Sunk and Dept. swann toward
the Shore and a Boat took him in and
Carried him to the Shore at the Sign of the
Feathers in Mill Bank in the Parish of
St. John the Evenglist Westmr . Says that
there was no other Person in the Boat than the
four abovementioned, and that they had
no Quarrel or Difference whatever, and
that the Sinking of the Boat by the [..] Gust
of Wind was marely Accidental and
the want of Skill in Mr. Birch who
managed the Rudder
