Servant at first, but for the last week has<lb></lb>
been frequently in Liquor, Says that yesterday<lb></lb>
a little after Twelve o'Clock at Noon Deced fetched<lb></lb>
this Depts. Child from School & then appeared<lb></lb>
to be very much in Liquor Says that the<lb></lb>
Deced went up Stairs to clean out the<lb></lb>
Parlour, Says that she went up Stairs<lb></lb>
and finding the Parlour not cleaned, Dept.<lb></lb>
went into Deced's Bedroom and there by<lb></lb>
the Bedside saw the Deced Kneeling as Dept.<lb></lb>
thought, her Back being towards this Dept.<lb></lb>
Says that she went up to Deced, touched her<lb></lb>
upon the Shoulder, and then saw a silk Handkerchief<lb></lb>
around the Deced's Nect and fastened to an<lb></lb>
Iron Brace supporting the Tester, Says that<lb></lb>
She immediately went down Stairs. and sent<lb></lb>
two of the Mear in the Shop to Deced, who soon<lb></lb>
returned & said that she was dead, and Dept.<lb></lb>
believes that the Deced Hanged herself, Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced yesterday when she went for<lb></lb>
the Child looked wild Says that she<del>intended</del>
thereafter<lb></lb>
for some days to turn Deced away, that the Deced was<lb></lb>
much distressed thereat, having no Money, and<lb></lb>
said several times if she was discharged that she<lb></lb>
would throw herself into the Thames.</p>
