Breast, and said that it had Penetrated
the Heart.

on his Oath saith That John Simpson< no role > the Deced
and Daivd Smith were at work yesterday
at his Shop in Yeate's Court, Says that both
the Man come to Work for Dept. on the Sixth
day of February last, That they were very
agreeable together, and Dept. does not
know of any Quarrel happening between
them and believes that the Deced
accidentally gave himself the Wound
which came his Death
