King, when, how, and by what Means the said

on the fourth day of March in the Year aforesaid being in
the Workshop of

in Yeate's Court in the Parish
aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid, and the

having then and there a small Chissell
in his Hands, and being at work upon a certain wooden
Drawer, It so happened that part of the said Drawer on
which the said

was working then and there
gave way, and that the said Chissel Accidentally Casually and
by misfortune slipped against and into the left Breast
of him the said

, by means whereof the said

the said John Simpson< no role >
then and there received
one mortal Wound in and upon his said left Breast, of which
said mortal Wound he the said

died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do
say, that the said

in Manner and by the
Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
came to his death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof
