to Wit.

An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King, at Knights bridge in the Parish of St. Margaret
within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster ,
in the County of Middlesex , the Seventeenth day of January in the Eighteenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain,
France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas Prickard< no role > , Gentleman,
Corner of our said Lord the King for the said City and Liberty, on View of the Body of
Robert Wilson< no role > then and there lying dead, upon the Oath of Benjamin
Niblett
< no role > Willaim Brooks< no role > , Edward Swaile< no role > , Thomas Grainger< no role > , John Reed< no role > , Thomas
Bavin
< no role > Jonathan Hemborough< no role > , Edward Brown< no role > , John Allen< no role > Thomas Ferguson< no role >
Benedick Mears< no role > and James Pagan< no role > good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly
chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Robert Wilson< no role > came to
h is Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Robert Wilson< no role > on the
Sixteenth day of January in the Year aforesaid being driving
a certain loaded Cart drawn by three Horses in the Kings-
High way at Kensington Gore in the Parish aforesaid within
the Liberty and County aforesaid, And the said Robert Wilson< no role >
being on the Near side of the said Horses, then and there
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell down in the said
Highway, and that the Near Wheel of the said Cart, so drawn as
aforesaid, then and there passed over the left side of the Head of
him the said Robert Wilson< no role > , by Means whereof the said Robert
Wilson
< no role > then adn there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
received on mortal Fracture in and upon the said left side of
his Head, of which said mortal Fracture he the said Robert Wilson< no role >
then and there instantly died, And so the Jurors aforesaid upon
their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Robert Wilson< no role > in manner
and by the Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune came to his death and not otherwise. In Witness
where of as well the said Coroner, as the said Benjamin Niblett< no role >
Foreman of the said Jurors, on the behalf of himself and the
rest of his said Fellows, in their presence, have to this Inquisition
set their Hands and Seals the Day Year and Place first above written
