of Scaffold Boards that was laying from the Parlour Window
and the other end on a load or pile of Bucks and pulling a
Rope that was hoisting up a Girder of about the length of
20 foot and about a Foot thickness, they had raised the Girder
about 20 foot from the found, the Rope that was in the
tackle broke, and the Deced being standing on the Area Wall
