of August in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid to wit, at a House New Building<lb></lb>
in Hereford Street, being standing on the Area Wall of the said House and Some Workmen then hoisting up of a certain<lb></lb>
peice of Timber called a Gvidor of about the length of Twenty feet and Width of One foot, it so happened that the Rope in<lb></lb>
the Tackle that was used in hoisting the said Girder broke, and one end of the said Girder fell to and against the said<lb></lb>

which broke and shattered the Bones thereof, of which said Violent and Mortal Bruises and Fractures he the said<lb></lb>
