turned him out, he then said he would beat them meaning
Warner and Oakley but was prevented by the Confectioner or
Pastry Cook , but Mash shoved the Pastry Cook against Mrs.
Oakley's face, and her Husband caught her and she did not,
fall, the Pastry Cook got Mash away a little white and
then Mash returned and said he would beat them, and
Deponent then heard Mrs. Warner say to Mash two or
three times she would call the Watch, Mash said she
was Welcome, and then Mrs. Warner called the watch, who
was the Deceased, and said she charged him with the Man
in the Red Coat which was Mash, the Watchman then laid
hold of Mash by the Collar, and made a Noise with his Rattle
the Confectioner or Pastry Cook took hold of one of the Watchman
Legs, and Mash tripped up the Watchman other Leg and
fell Upon him, and the watchman had hold of Mash's
Collar white they were both down, and the Watchman
with his other hand moved his Rattle and made a Noise
with it, Mash broke away from the Watchman hold and
ran away and said he might lay there and be damned

Deponent followed Mash and saw him go into his Master
House, Deponent then went home, and in about quarter
of an Hour he saw the Deceased pass by his Master's
House, and heard him Say that he believed there of his
Ribs Warnbroke

2/9, Sawyer, on her Oath saith that on Wednesday the
16th, day of July Instant about Ten Minutes before Ten
o Clock at Night, she was going of an Errand for her
Husband and in coming back, she saw two Men whose
Names she has been informed are John Mash< no role > and John
Lloyd
< no role > , lay hold of two Women that were clean Dressed and
pull them about, Deponent got a little out of the way
that they should not middle with her, she then heard
William Aspley< no role > the apprentice in the House when she
lives say, they will not do for You Baker, they are not
Your sort, the Apprentice was sitting on the Rails of
his Masters House, Mash come to Aspley and asked
him what he wanted and he said he did not want him
