That the said Richard Drabwell< no role > This name instance is in set 18620. a Watchman on the 16th day
of July in the Year aforesaid having one John Marsh< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. in charge
& having hold of the Collar of the said John Marsh< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. in Oxford Street
in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty & County aforesaid,
and a great Number of Persons being there Assembled It so
happened that the said Richard Drabwell< no role > This name instance is in set 18610. was thrown or fore'd down
to the Ground, and the said Richard Drabwell< no role > This name instance is in set 18610. having hold
of the Collar of the said John Marsh< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. , did then and there pull
the said John Marsh< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. down on the Body of him the said
Richard Drabwell, by Means whereof the said Richard
Drabwell
< no role > This name instance is in set 18610. did then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
and against the Will of [..] the said John Marsh< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. receive
divers mortal Fractures in and upon the Ribs on the left
side & one mortal wound in the Lungs of him he said Richard Drabwell, of which said mortal
Fractures & Wound he the said Richard Drabwell< no role > This name instance is in set 18610. from the
said 16th. day of July in the Year aforesaid until the 28th. day of the
same Month inofthe sameMonth andYear at the Parish aforesaid
within the Liberty & County aforesaid did languish & languishing did
live, on which said 28. day of July in the year aforesaid, at the
Parish & in the Liberty & County aforesaid she the said R. D. of the mortal Fracturer
& Wound aforesaid do say that the said Richard Drabwell in
manner and by the Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and
by Misfortune came to his death and not otherwise.
