Verdict,

That on the 15th. day of September 1776 Samuel
Seymor< no role > with his Hand did feloniously strike
and beat Jane Blakey< no role > in and upon the rightside
of her Head, at the Parish of St. Clement Danes with
the Liberty of Westmr , thereby giving to the said
Jane Blakey< no role > in and upon the right side of her
Head under her right Ear one Mortal Bruise
of which she then and there died.
