the said Samuel Seymar at the time of committing the Felony<lb></lb>
and Manslaughter aforesaid or at any time since, had no<lb></lb>
Goods or Chattels Lands or Tenements within the said Liberty<lb></lb>
or elsewhere to the Knowledge or Notice of the said Jurors.<lb></lb>
