with his right Hand him the said Joseph Belshaw in and upon the<lb></lb>
left side of his Head did strike, and thereby Casually and by Misfortune<lb></lb>
and against the Will of him the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65215_n23-13">John Boyce</rs>
