15th. October 1774.

Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Sarah Dwyer< no role > .

That the said Sarah Dwyer on the 14th. day of October 1774, being
Coming with a Pail of Water in her Hand at the Dwelling House of Mr.
George Smith< no role > in Rupert Street St. James's from the Yard of the said
House with an intent to go up Stairs to her apartment in the
one pair of Stairs back Room in the said House it so happened
that accidentally casually and by Misfortune she the said
Sarah Dwyer< no role > fell from the top of the Stairs leading to the
Cellor of the said House down to the bottom by means whereof
she the said Sarah Dwyer then and there received a Violent
Contusion inonher Head near the right Ear of which said
Contusion she the said Sarah Dwyer then and there
instantly Died. And so the Jurors on their Oath say that
the said Sarah Dwyer in manner and by the means aforesaid
accidentally casually and by Misfortune came to her Death
and not otherwise. In Witness whereof the Foreman or behalf
of himself and the last of the Jurors has hereunto set his Hand
this 15th. day of October 1774.
