Informations of Witnesses taken this 13th. day
of October 1774 , at the Dwelling House of Mr.
George Mallard< no role > Known by the Sign of the Bull in
Wood Street in the Parish of St. John the Evangelist
in the said City of Westminster , Before Thomas Prickard< no role >
Gentleman His Majesty's Coroner for the said City and
Liberty of Westminster on view of the Body of Sarah
Reeves
< no role > then and there lying Dead, as follow

Elizabeth Chubb< no role > Widow of Wood Street St. John the Evangelist
Westminster, on her Oath Says that Yesterday about Eleven o'Clock
in the forenoon the Deced said to Deponent Will you go and
buy my Husband a little Meal for Dinner, Deponent went
to by it and left her at work, and as she thought very well
Deponent returned in less than half an hour, and not finding the
Deced in the fore Room where she left her, she went into
the back Room, the Door was only a Jarr, when she got in
she did not see the Deced, but thinking she might be down
in the Yard, Deponent went but did not find her, then
went to the Steel Door supposing she might be gone to
buy thread, but after waiting the some time, and the Deced
