That the said Sarah Reeves< no role >
on the 12th. day of October 1774
,
not being of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and
Distracted, one end of a peice of Ribband about the Tester Rail of
her Bed in her Apartment or Dwelling in Wood Street
in the [..]
of St. John the Evangelist
Westminster, did the fix and faster, and
the other end thereof about her own Neck did likewise fix and
fasten and therewith did then and there pay suffocate and
Strangle herself of which said Hanging Suffocation and
Strangling she the said Sarah Reeves< no role >
then and there instantly
Died. And so the Jurors on their Oath say that the said
Sarah Reeves< no role >
not being of Sound Mind Memory & understanding
but Lunatic and Distracted in Manner and by the Means
aforesaid did Kill herself. In Witness whereof the Foreman
on behalf of himself and the rest of the Jurors has hereunder
set his Hand this 13th. day of October 1774.
