Informations taken this Twenty first day
of April [..] at the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square with in the Liberty of Westmr. within
the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex
[..] Inquisition touching the death of Mary
Tapperell
< no role > lying dead in the said Parish Liberty
and County.

Charles Cameron< no role > This name instance is in set 2118. of Green Street in the Parish of St.
George Hanover Square Architect on his Oath Saith. That
Mary Tapperell< no role > the Deced had been in Depts. Service
three weeks last past or upwards That Deced was in
his House in Green Street while it was Painted and
white washed, Says that the House being finished Dept.
came to sleep there last Saturday Night, and that the
Deced continued in his Service Says that he came home
on Tuesday Night last (April 19th.) about Eleven o' Clock
and cat his Supper, That the Deced attended and
took away [..] the Supper things Says that the
Deced soon after went to Bed, and in a few
Minutes after he heard the Deced pass by his Door
and go up Stairs into the Garret where she
usually slept, and Dept. thought that she went up
quicker than usual, but Dept. did not hear the
Deced come down Stairs again that Night or the
next Morning, Says that about Eight o' Clock the
next Morning Dept. came dowm Stairs, and finding
the Windows had not been Opened nor any Fire
lighted, he went up into the Garret imagining
that the Deced was not come down, and after
calling Deced and having no Answer he went
to the Deced's Beside which was not tumbled nor
did it appear that the Deced had been in it that Night
Says that he then went down again and in the Kitchen
he found the Deced lying upon her Back on the Floor
and some Blood on the Floor, Says that he called
in Mr. Davidson a Neighbour [..] who Examined the
Deced with this Dept. Says that they found a Stable
in Deced's Throat That some Blood issued from thence
and that there was a great deal of Blood upon the
