Jumping upon it, and that it was merele
Accidental. no Person being upon the Scaffold
at that time with the Deced.

George Balstone< no role > of Portland Street Soho Carpenter
or his Oath saith that he was this Morning at Work
with Mr. Ball upon a Skylight on the top of the
Tennis Court in Windmill Street and Standing upon
a Scaffold there with the Deced Edward Condon< no role > Says
that he moved from the Scaffold and was walking
along the Roof on the inside with his Back towards
the Deced when he heard something break, and on
his turning round he saw the Deced and a
Glazier who he had before been on the Outside, fall down
with the Boards and Ladder into the Tennis Court
Says that he came down soon after and believes
that the Deced was dead and that his death was
caused by the fall. And Dept. believes that
he believes that the Glazier's coming from the
out side upon the Scaffold caused it's breaking and
that it was merely Accidental.
