Thomas Campion< no role > Servant to Mr. Bennett Baker the Crown Court
on his Oath says that the Deced was sitting on Mr. Bellingers
Bench about 4 or 5 o Clock Yesterday afternoon with a Pint of Bear in his hand
and Deponent called him into the [..] and he came and
brought the Beer and sat it on the Block, and the Maid
Servant gave him something to eat and to took it and went
out of the Shop and left the Beer, and Deponent put it at the
back of the Shop, the Deced went again to the Bench and
when he missed him Bear he went into Mr. Bellingers and then
Deponent took the Bur & went to the Deced and Rank to [..]
says about half an hour before he saw him in Mr. Bellingers Yard
and Deced said he was very much vexed in his Mind
