Deced a great many times said to Dept. that he was
almost distracted and that nobody knew his Distress, that
that old Bitch (meaning a Woman that goes by the name of
Mrs. Reeks as Dept. thought) had distressed him and
brought him to River And Dept. believes from the Deced
Behaviour that he was at times Disordered in his Senses
And Says that the Deced was frequently Intoxicated with
Liquor.
