That on Friday last about half hour after two in the
afternoon the Deced came ints Depts. House and called
for a Penny worth of Beer, Says that she staid there.
until about six o'Clock in the Evening, when she went
out, Says that she nodded HeadandSwore and
abuced some People there, and from her Behaviour
Dept. thought her to be out of her Mind Says that she
followed the Deced out and saw the Deced standing
near her Door, says that she desired the Deced to go
home who told Dept, that she lived in Leather Lane
but the Deced immediately Crossed the Way into the
Thomas and Dept. followed her and took hole of the
Deced. who pulled the Dept. down upon her in the Mud
Says that she called the Soldier who went with the
Deced so for as theJurysTwiks head the Corner of Vine Street
and then returned to Dept. and the Deced returned
there in about ten Minutes, but did not stay,
at all, but went out immediately with another
woman and Dept. desired the Soldier to go along with
he a little way, which he did, and returned in
less then half an hour saying that he had left her sitting
down at the Coopers. and Dept. did not see her afterwards
