Informations taken this Eleventh
day of January 1773 at the Parish of St.
Margaret Westmr . in the County aforesaid
upon an Inquisition touching the death of
George Church< no role > lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Peter Larner< no role > a Prisoner in Tothill fields Bridwell
in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . on his Oath saith.
That he has been Prisoner in said Pricon about three months and then
found George Church< no role > the Deced a Prisioner there, being
then in perfect Health, Says that the Deed continued
so until about a fort night ago when he was taken ill
and complained of a pain in his Bones and was not
able to Dress himself without assistance being light Headed Says that
he helped the Deced up every day until last
Saturday when he was obliged to go into Bed again
immediatly, and afterwards grew worse [..] and
was attended by Mr. Purdue the Apothecary who
bled the Deced and sent him some Medicine which
the Deced took, but his Fever continued and he died
the 10th day of January Instant, Says that she Deced
had the Allowance of the Goal delivered to him
every day best Deced was not able of late to Eat
his Bread, Says that no Person used the Deced ill
in the Prison and that he verily believes that the
Deced died in a natural Way.
