Twenty ninth day of November in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and<lb></lb>
in the Liberty and County aforesaid, one End of a certain Linen<lb></lb>
Handkerchief unto an Iron Bar over the Door of a certain lower Room<lb></lb>
in the Workhouse of the said Parish within the Liberty and County aforesaid,<lb></lb>
and the other End thereof about her own Neck did fix tye and fasten,<lb></lb>
and there with did then and there hang suffocate and strangle<lb></lb>
herself of which said Hanging Suffocation and Strangling she the<lb></lb>
