Informations taken his Eighteenth day of
September 1772 at the Parish of St. Margaret within
the Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Middlesex upon
an Inquisition touching the death of George Angws< no role > lying
dead in the said Parish Liberty and County.

Ann Fillyson< no role > the Wife of Kennet Fillyson< no role > a
Watchman Lodging in a Fore Room one pair of Stairs
in a House in Gardeners Lane in the Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr . on her Oath saith That the Deced George Angws< no role >
was likewise a Lodgers in the two pair of Stairs in the
same House, Says that she was Washing in her
own Room, Yesterday in the Afternoon between Five
and Six o'Clock, and the Room Door being open
she saw something Fall down through the well
Staircase, upon which she Sereamed out and the
other Lodgers being alarmed, they found the Deced
lying down upon the Ground at the bottom of the
Stairs, dead, as Dept. was informed, and Deponent
verily believes that the Deced Accidentally fell down
over the [..] Hand Rail of the Stairsand thereby

in the same House wherein the Deced lodged Yesterday
between Five and six o'Clock in the Afternoon, Says that
upon hearing Mrs. Felly, on Seream out Dept. was going
up Stairs and meeting Mrs. Fillyson coming down
who said that somebody [..] down and believed he was killedthe was below, upon to
Says, that she went down and at the bottom of the Stairs
saw the Deced lying on the Ground with his Feet upon
