last past and that the Deced told this Dept. that he had<lb></lb>
the foul Disease, and Dept. was with Deced when he<lb></lb>
Agreed with Dr. Henry in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65212_geo1823">Orange Street</rs>

of that Disease, Says that the Deced took some Medicine<lb></lb>
of the Doctor for that purpose, but the Deced was very<lb></lb>
bad, Says that he went into Deced's Bed Chamber Yesterday<lb></lb>
Morning about a Quarter after five o'Clock to see how<lb></lb>
the Deced was, who was then in great Agonies and<lb></lb>
pain, and has Spit very much for about six weeks<lb></lb>
says that he asked the Deced if he should be any thing<lb></lb>
for him and Deced said, Nothing at that time, upon<lb></lb>
which Dept. went out, and returned home about a<lb></lb>
Quarter before Nine the same Morning, when the<lb></lb>
Cook Maid asked him if he had seen the Deced, and said<lb></lb>
that Deced told her that he was going to his Doctor<lb></lb>
says that Dept. soon after went to Dr. Henry and was<lb></lb>
informed that the Deced had not been there, Says that<lb></lb>
he aftewards looked for the Deced in his Master's<lb></lb>
House, and a little after Twelve o'Clock at Noon<lb></lb>
he found the Deced Hanging by a Cord which was<lb></lb>
fastened about his Neck and around a Beam in the</p>
