Pennell Cole< no role > House Surgeon to St. George's Hospital on his Oath
says the Deced was brought into the sd. Hospital on Tuesday night
last between 10 & 11 o' Clock, she appeared quite sensible, and said
she fell over a gallery into a Stable Yard, but did not accuse
any Body, nothing was done till the next Day as she was sensible
but Bleeding, the next Day was Examined by the Surgeons, and
then a Fracture was discovered on the lower part of the Forehead
a Piece of Bore was taken out and proper Methods used in such
Cases but it did not releive her, and she died on Friday Money
last about 2 o' Clock, the Deced head was Examined after her Death
and Deponent verily believes the said Fracture to be the Cause
of her Death, says that bad Symptom and a Delirium in came on
the second Day.

Barbara Constable< no role > one of the Nurses of St. George's Hospital on Her
Oath saith she heard the Deced say she was throwing a Pot with
water in it over a gallery and reaching too far fell over into the Yard
