Errand for one of the Men and came up the Pand Stain Case<lb></lb>
and coming down round the back Stair Case, there was a Scaffold<lb></lb>
raised about two foot pan the Landing and going to creep under the<lb></lb>
said Scaffold he laid one of his hands on the canon of the Scaffold<lb></lb>
board's & the other hand on the carnor of the Stone Steps, and lost<lb></lb>
his hold with his left hand on the Scaffold board and his hand<lb></lb>
falling from the Scaffold he could not Recover himself and so fell down<lb></lb>
on the Stone Steps from one Landing to the other the Deponent was about there Yards and a half</p>
<p n="1792">from the Deced on the Landing Place with a Pact of Water for the<lb></lb>
Men who were at work as <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65212_occ496">Plaistrers</rs>

called to the Men who were at work on the Scaffold and they<lb></lb>

that the Deced was housful into the St. Hospital Thursday last<del>at</del>

, he appeared to have a large Fracture on his head, a large<lb></lb>
peice of Bone which had touched the Brain was taken out, and the<lb></lb>
Fracture extended down from the Eye toward the lower part of the<lb></lb>
Shall, that the deced did on Saturday Morning last and that he<lb></lb>
verily believes the said Fracture to be the cause of his Death.</p>
