Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Owen Leonard< no role > .

That the said Owen Leonard on the 30th. day of July 1772. being at
Work at the House of Ld Donegall in St. James's Square in the
Parish of St. James in the Liberty of Westmr , and going under a Seaffold
erected on the back Stair Case of the sd. House it so happened that he
accidentally casually and by Misfortune slept down from the same
on the Stone Steps on the Second Landing Place by means whereof he
Received a Violent Mortal Bruise Wound and Fracture on his head
of which in the Hospital commonly called St. George's Hospital near
Hyde Park Corner in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the
Liberty of Westmr. from the said 30th. day of July to the 1st. day of
August following be languished and languishing did Live on which
said first day of August in the Hospl. aforesd. did dye. And so
the Jurors on their Oath say that the sd. Owen Leonard in Manner
and by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune
Came to his Death and not otherwise. Witness the Hand of the
Foreman on behalf of himself and the rest of the Jurors this
