chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said

h is Death, do upon their Oath say
That on the Fifteenth day of July in the Year
aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, the Said

being intoxicated, and in Liquor and Laying in a certain Street ( to wit) Little Newport
Street
situate in the Parish Liberty and County aforesaid, it so happened that by means
of his being so intoxicated and in Liquor he the said

was then and thereby
choaked and Suffocated of which said Choaking and Suffocation he the said
William Kelly< no role >
then and there Died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say That
the said

in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually
and by Misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as
well the said Coroner as the Foreman of the Jurors aforesaid on behalf of himself and
the rest of the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day
Year and at the Place abovementioned.
