William Collier< no role > on his Oath saith That on Wednesday
Morning last he went by the desire of Mrs. Nelson to see for
the Deced, and after knocking and calling at Deced's room Door
and having no Answer, the Door being Locked and the Key in
the Lock on the inside, that on looking thro' the Keyhole he
saw the Deced lying in the Bed, and then in the presence
of Mr. Taylor and other Neighbours Dept forcedbrokeopen the Door
With a Poker, and then saw the Deced lying on his Bed dead,
and observed no Marks of violence upon the Deced
And this Dept. believes that his Death was occasioned
by excessive Drinking.

the Deced fall down in Oxford Street as he was crossing it
that he fell upon his face, and was not touched by any body
or thing that Dept. could see, and Says that the Deced
appeared to be in Liquor.
