falling down off The Ladder unto the Ground, Says that<lb></lb>
he came down immediately and saw the Deced lying down<lb></lb>
on his side upon the Ground motionless and Speechless<lb></lb>
Says that he saw a Hole in the Deced's fore head on the<lb></lb>
rightside and<obscured></obscured>
the Brams lying on the Ground by the Deced<lb></lb>
Says that the Deced died immediately, Says that there was<lb></lb>
no Person upon the Ladder but the Deced when he fell, and<lb></lb>
believes that his fall was merely accidentals</p>
