Verdict of the Jury.

That the said Joshua Chattess< no role > on the 8th, day of this Instant
August being driving a Waggon drawn by two Horses and loaded
with Empty Casks and Stampers in a certain Road leading from
Hyde Pard corner to Kensington it so happened that the said
Joshua Chattess< no role > was accidentally Run over by some Carriage
then and there passing on the said Road, but what Carriage
it was or in what particular manner no Evidence does appear to the Jurors by means
whereof the said Joshua Chattess< no role > received a Violent carriage
on his Head of which in about the Space of One Hour he
Died in St. George's Hospital near Hyde Park corner
