of August Instant about a quarter after 6 o'Clock in the Evening<lb></lb>
the Deponent was at the foot of a Ladder set up and at the New Workhouse<lb></lb>

now Building the Deced<lb></lb>
went up the Ladder with a Hod of Bricks and when he was clear of<lb></lb>
the Ladder the Deponent went up to the top of the Seaffold, Deponent<lb></lb>
saith a Board was placed aslant from the Seaffold to the Building<lb></lb>
and the Deced going along the Board and being much intoxicated with<lb></lb>
Liquor he accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell from the said<lb></lb>
Building</p>
