To any One of the Constables within the
Liberty, of Westmr. in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Thursday this 18th. Day
of July by ½ past Seven of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Andrew Burnett< no role > known
by the Sign of the Alphabet situate in Stanshope Street
in the Parish of St. Clement Danes within the Liberty of Westmr .
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Jane Hearson< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under My Hand and Seal this 18th. Day of July in
Year of our Lord 1771.
