his leftside with a Pistol in both his Hand, pointed
to his Head, Says that she saw a great deal of Blood
in the Bed about the Deced's Head and a Wound on the
right side of Deced's Head, which Dept verily believes
the Deced had given him by discharging the Pistol
abovementioned and that the deced was in Dead Says that she found the Outer Door and
Windows fastened this Morning as she left them last Night
and that there was no Person in the House but Thomas
Jones
< no role > a Lad, servant to the Deced, whom she saw at
work in the workshop this Morning, And this Dept.
says that for about three weeks last past she has
observed the Deced, when alone, to be Melancholy and
low Spirited, and that he appeared to be so last Night.

Thomas Jones< no role > Servant to the Deced on his Oath saith
That he came down Stairs this Morning a little after seven
o'Clock and saw the Deced's Bedchamber Door upon the Far
and immagined that he was gone to work, says that he opened
the Shop, and prepared some Colours for the Deced, and then
observed the Deced's Room Door to be Short, Says that he was
sent by Mrs. Clarke to Fetch Mr. Morris the Deced's Brother
and afterwards Mr Gascoigne, that he saw a Pistol upon
the Deced's Bed and the Deced's Brother walked about the
Shop appearing to be almost distracted.

Nicholas Gascoigne< no role > on his Oath saith that he has
known the Deced about Eight Years, and used to [..] him
about every day, particularly of late, Says that from
the Deced's Behaviour for about a Mouth last past
Dept. believes that he was at times Disordered in his
Senses.
