Informations taken this Tenth day of
September 1770 at the Parish of St. Margaret
within the City & Liberty of Westmr . in the County
of Middlesex (Vizt at Tothill Fields, Bridewell )
torching the Death of Nicholas Martins< no role > and prisoner lying dead in the said Parish Liberty County.

Elizabeth Mc. Queen< no role > otherwise Betty Davis< no role > on her Oath saith That she has
been prisoner at Tothill Fields Bridewell about six weeks
last part and found Nicholas Martin< no role > the Deced prisoner
there, in good Health, Says that he continued so until
last wednesday when he complained of a pair in his
stomach, and on Thursday was much worse, Says
that she Mended the Deced and set up with him that
Night Friday and Saturday Nights, when the Deced
continued very bad and died in said Prison on
Sunday Morning Sepr 9th. little before three o' Clock
Says that the Deced had his Allowance from the
Governor constantly, and that he was notill need
by any Person in said Person as Dept. verily believes
and that Deced died a Natural Death.
