Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and Distracted on the Twenty eighth day of August
in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty aforesaid to wit into a certain Water
called the Bason in Hyde Park
, did last and throw himself by Means of which said
Casting and throwing; he the said

Suffocated and Drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the Said

then and there instantly Died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say
