Informations taken this Twelfth day of
April 1770 at the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr .
(Vizt. at Bridewell) touching the Death of William
Jessop
< no role > Caser lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Jeremiah Sheen< no role > on his Oath saith That he has been
a Prisoner in Tothill Fields Bridewell almost a fortnight
that he found William Jessop< no role > the Deced a Prisoner there at that time
very weak and searce able to walk, and complained
of a pain in his Head & Legs says that he appeared to be in a Decline
and grew weaker and died yesterday about
Eleven o' Clock in the Forenoon, Says that the Deced
had his Allowance every day from the Governor and
either Eat or, Sole his Bread, Says that the Deced was
not ill used by the Governor of the Prison or any
other person in said prison, and believes that the
Deced died a natural Death

Elizabeth Lee< no role > on her Oath saith that she was brought
to Tothill Fields Bridewell a prisoner on Wednesday the 4th
Instant where she found the Deced very weak and appeared
to Dept. to be dying, says that he continued in that low way
and died yesterday Morning, Says that the Deced was
not ill used by any person in said Prison, and that the
Deced died a natural Death.
