Informations taken this Sixteenth
day of March 1770 at the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Midsex upon and Inquisition
touching the death of Richard Miller< no role > lying
dead in the said Parish Liberty and County

Jane Mills< no role > of King Street St. James on her Oath saith
that she went this Morning about Seven o'Clock to Mrs.
Wallington's a Cowkeeper in Brick Street in the Parish of
St. George Hanr. Square to fetch some Milk, Says that on
going into the Cowhouse She saw the Deced hanging in
the Hay loft over the Cowhouse, upon which she acquainted
a Man in the Cowhouse there with, who immediately went
up into the Hayloft, and Dept. went away to Mrs. Wallington's
house.

Mary< no role > the Wife of Francis Roberts< no role > of Brick Street on
her Oath saith, That she has known the Deced for three Years
or thereabouts, that the Deced has lately been out of Order
and she believes had the foul Discase, and that he was
greatly Distressed, and had not Money to pay for a Lodging
Says that she saw him very ofter for the last week, and
that he appeared to be Disordered in his Senses.

John Smith< no role > Servant to Thomas wallington< no role > of Brick
Street Cowkeeper on his Oath saith, That Richard Miller< no role > the
Deced used to work at [..] fes for Mr. Wallington for some time, Says
that he saw DecedDecedlast Night between seven & Eight o'Clock
at the Sign of the Marquiss of Granby in Brick Street, but Deced
having been lately out of Order, could not Drink, Says that
he did not see the Deced go away, But being in Mr.
wallington's Cowhouse this Morning about Seven O'Clock
when Jane Mills< no role > said that she saw a Man hanging in the
Hayloft over the Cowhouse, upon which he stept up on
