Informations taken this Fifth day of January
1770 at the Parish of St John the Evangelist within the City
& liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex upon an
Inquisition touching the Death of Stephen Rogers< no role > lying dead
in the said Parish City Liberty and County.

John Higgs< no role > of Mill Bank Street Westmr. Lighterman
on his Oath saith That he was coming along Mill Bank
towards the House Herry Westmr. on Tuesday night last
(January 2nd) a little before six o' Clock, that he next
man, walking alone up mill Bank about Twenty
