in the Parish Liberty and
County aforesaid, in length of time being full, and the Air therein become
Putrid and Unwholsome, And that the said

day of September in the Year aforesaid, with other Labourers being
employed to Empty and Cleanse the said Hole or Sesspool and then and there
being down in the said Hole so employed, It happened that the said

, with the Sulphurious Stench and Fumes there in
Contained, was then and there Suffocated, of which said Suffocation he

Casually and by Misfortune in manner and by the Means aforesaid came
