Third day of August in the Year aforesaid being alone at Play on the inside<lb></lb>
of the Stair case Window in the dwelling House of <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65209_n1215-13">Joseph Halsey</rs>

Situate in<lb></lb>
Jeffreys's Buildings in the Parish aforesaid within the City Liberty and <lb></lb>
County aforesaid, And the Lower Sash of the Said Window having been put<lb></lb>
up, It so happened that the said Jane Hay the Infant Accidentally casually<lb></lb>
and by Misfortune fell and of and thro' the said Window (being two Stories high)<lb></lb>
into the said Buildings, and by Means thereof did then and there receive one<lb></lb>
mortal Wound upon the back part of the Head, and a violent Concussion in and <lb></lb>
upon the Brain, of her the said Jane Hay, of which said mortal Wound and <lb></lb>
Concussion she the said Jane Hay from the said Third day of August in the Year<lb></lb>
aforesaid until the Twenty ninth day of the same Month in the same Year at the<lb></lb>
Parish and in the City Liberty and County aforesaid did Languish and Languishing<lb></lb>
did live, on which said Twenty ninth day of August in the Year aforesaid she<lb></lb>
the said Jane Hay at the said Parish of St. Margaret of the Mortal Wound<lb></lb>
and Concussion aforesaid did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their<lb></lb>
Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Jane Hay Accidentally Casually and by<lb></lb>
Misfortune, in manner and by the means aforesaid, Came to her Death and<lb></lb>
not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner, as the<lb></lb>
