but for about 3 Months last past Deponent has been more
particularly acquainted with him (the deced having during
that time been a Porter to Mr Christie) Says Deced about a
Month ago was Ill, and Deponent has since observed that
he was dull and often Seemingly dejected in Spirit, and
Deponent, has heard that the deced has formerly been out of
his Mind

James Taylor< no role > of St James's Street Chairman on his Oath
says that yesterday Morninghe sawabout Ten o'Clock he
Saw Mr Christie's Servants running out of his Hence to
Mr. Walkers a Largeon in Pall mall , and in a about a
Minute after the Servants return he saw the servant go
again to Mr Walkers and Mr Walker then room our with
the servant to Mr. Christies House after which Deponent
was called in to Mr Christies Auction Room where he saw
the deced lying down with his Head on a folded Carpet
Deced looked full at Deponent and to the best of his
Knowledge he heard the deced utter words to this purpose

Lord have Mercy upon Me I hope God will forgive
Me, Deponent was then Ordered to get 2 or 3 Men in
Order to get deced to the Hospital and then put the
deced on a Chairman's Horse and carried him down into
the Passages Deced then violentlydecedstruggled and
Deponent heard the Surpon Say he believed the deced
would not came to be carried half way to the Hospital
and in about 10 Minutes deced Died
