in a Room one pair of Stairs, he saw the Deced hanging by<lb></lb>
a Linnen Neck cloth tyed around the Wooden Rail at the<lb></lb>
Feet of a Bed and fixed about the Deced's Neck, Says that<lb></lb>
Dept. and his Brother lifted up the Deced and that another<lb></lb>
Man untied the Neck cloth, and Deced was laid upon the Bed<lb></lb>
being dead as Dept. believes, but not quite Cold in the Body<lb></lb>
Says that the Neck cloth was then Cut, and Mr. Winter a<lb></lb>
Surgeon fetched, who said that the Deced was Dead and<lb></lb>
that it was too late to attempt Bleeding.</p>

a short time went up Stairs into his Room on the First Floor<lb></lb>
Says that a Soldier Say with Deced, who went out yesterday<lb></lb>
Morning about Six o'Clock, and did not returnuntil the<lb></lb>
Evening as Dept. was informed, Says that he went out yesterday<lb></lb>
about Eleven o'Clock, and returned home a little, before Nine<lb></lb>
o'Clock in the Evening, when he was informed by his Wife that Deced<lb></lb>
