Informations taken this Twenty eighth
day of November 1768 at the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex on an
Inquisition touching the Death of William
whose Surname is unknown lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Thomas Billingham< no role > of Brompton Laborer on his Oath
saith That he was at work upon the Road betwen
Knightsbridge and Kensington on Saturday last, Says
that about one o'Clock he was Eating his Dinner with
other Laborers and saw the Deced walk along the
Foot Way by the side of Hyde Park well towards Hyde Park Corper
and that in about a Minute part of the said Wall fell
down into the Foot way in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westmr . (being about thirty Yards in length) Says that
on looking around he missed the Deced, and immediately
went to the Rubbish and heard the Deced cry out under
-neath, Says that the Rubbish was removed and Deced
got out speechless, and Carried by Dept. and the other
Laborer's to St. George's Hospital where they left the
Deced.
