Room again when the deced was Still Asleep and was turned on her left
Side and Shored very much, that this was near 12 o'Clock, the deponent
then came away and left her and pulled the door after her, and went to
BedThe Deponent about a Quarter after 8 the next Morning went up
to enquire how she did, and upon entering the Room she discovered the
Deced with her Head hanging over the Side of the Bed, but being apprehensive
she was Dead she was much frightened and called out to her Husband and
he come and led her down StairsDeponent says that the Dead Lodged
with her upwards of two Years, was a Sober Person, has heard her at times
Complain of a Swimming in her Head

Labourer on her Oath says that the last time she saw the deced Alive
was on Monday last in the Street, Says about a quarter after 8 this
Morning she was sent for by Mrs. Daniels desiring her to come for She
thought Mrs. Marriott was either Dead or a Dying, that the Deponent
went up Stairs and Mrs. Daniels followed her and they both went
into the Deceds Room, and immediately went and opened the Window
Shutters, she then Saw the Deced lying with her Head out of the side
of the Bed touching the Floor, her face looking under the Bed, that her
right Arm was turned round and near to the Chamber pot and her left Arm also on the Floor that the
Chamber Pot appeared to have been used by her, that her Neck Handkercheif
was thrown over her Head, that her Breech was upright and her Knows
on the Bed, that Mrs. Daniels was frightened and called out to her
Husband and she was lead down Stairs, that this Deponent and Mr. Daniels
and Mr. Smith hisApprenticeServant and they helped the Deced upon the Bed
the Deponent has frequently been Employed by the deced to Wash for her
beleives the Deced was a Sober Person, has heard her several times Complains
of a swimming and dizziness in her Head

John Smith< no role > Servant to Mr. Daniels on his Oath says that this
Morning a little after 8 his Mistress came down Stairs and said she
beleived Mrs. Marriott was Dead, Mr. Daniels desired she would send
for Mrs. Fletcher, Mrs. Fletcher was sent for and Came and she and
his Mistress went up Stairs, soon came down again and desired Mr.
Daniels & this Deponent to come up for Mrs. Marriott was Dead, he
Saw the Deced in the Position as has been before Represented, he
assisted in helping her on the Bed

Mr. Miles Wells< no role > of St. Margaret Westmr . Tallow Chandler Brother to
the Deced being called in Says he received Notice of his Sisters Death this
Morning about half an hour after eight, says he went immediately, he
beleives that her Death was wholly accidental, has no cause of
Suspicion that any Person was instrumental or any ways concerned in
