Informations of Witness taken this 16th. day of
August 1768 , in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
in the Liberty of Westminster at the dwelling House of
Mr. William Woodward< no role > the Sign of the Water Works at
Ebury Farm Chelsea Before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman
The Majesty's Coroner for the said City and Liberty touching
the Death of George Fraizear< no role > in the Said Parish then
and there lying Dead as follow

James Darby< no role > Apprentice to Mr. Fatt of Castle Street Seven Dials
Chimney Surgeon on his Oath Says that on Thursday last about One
o'Clock in the Afternoon the Deced with this Deponent and Thomas
Ellis
< no role > a fellow Apprentice went into the Thomas the other Side the
Flood Gates, that he Swam through the Flood Gates but as soon
as he got through the Flood Gates he was stop by the force of
the Water and called out twice for help, but this Deponent could
