Gunsmith
on his Oath says that the Deceased
had been Ill for 4 or 5 days of Fever, that last Night
about 10 or 11 o'Clock he saw her in her Apartment in his
House which is the Fore Garrett, that she then complained of
a violent pain in her head, that she was then in Bed, says
that she was subject to violent Head ache, says that he
left her to go to Bed and that about half on hour after Eleven
of the same Night he was called out of Bed and acquainted
that the Deceased was Dead in the Court, and that she had
got out of the Garett Window and fell down, that he
thereupon went out of his House and found her in the Court
and appeared to be Dead, that he then sent for an Apothecary
who came and attempted to Blead the Deceased, but he
Blood came, that an Apothcary likewise attended her during
her Illness and the Re [..] ple in his House from time to time
