Informations taken him Fourth day of
January 1768 at Tothill Fields Bridewell
in the Parish of St Margaret within the
city & Liberty of Westmr . in the County of
Middlesex on an Inquisition touching
the Death of Joseph Blatchford< no role > lying dead
in the said Prison

Elizabeth Dyer< no role > on her Oath saith, That she has
been a Prisoner in Tothill Fields Bridewell about
nine weeks, Says that Joseph Blatchford< no role > the Deced
was brought Prisoner to said Prison [..] about six
weeks as a Vagrant, Says that the Deced then
appeared to be in ill Health, and Consumptive,
Says that he had his allowance every day from the Governor
of the House, Says that he was able to eat the Allowance
but grew worse and died on Saturday Morning
last (Jany: 2.) about four o'Clockin the MoSays
that the Deced has not been ill used by the Keeper
or any other Person in said Prison to Depts,
Knowledge, and believes that the Deced died a
natural Death.
