says that ann Harwood< no role > and Margaret place were
both very drunk when they were fighting, says that
between five and six o'Clock yesterday Morning
Margt. Place came into Dept. Room and informed her
that her Child was Dead, upon which Dept. went up
stairs and found Ann harwood< no role > crying with the
Deced in her arms, says that she afterwards
unpinned the Child's Cap, observed the right
Ear and that part behind the Ear to be black upon
which she told Ann Harwood< no role > that they had killed
the Child in fighting, and Says that said Harwood
was very fond of the Deced, and believes that she
had no intention to hurt the Child.

Stephen Lockhart< no role > of the Board way Westmr. Savy com
on his Oath saith, That he Examined the Deced
and observed that the back, and across the Lines of
the Deced were discoloured, but that he saw no other
external appearence of Injury upon her.
