on his Oath saith That
the Deced was brought to said Hospital as a Casualty last week
Says that the Deced had a Bruise & Wound on his left foot, Says
that the Deced had a Fever for four or five days very violence
andand some Symptoms of Death appeared, which the
Deced seemed to be sensible of, Says that he saw the Deced
last Wednesday Evening when the Deced's seemed to be quite
sensible, Says that he was fetched to the Deced yesterday
Morning, whom ha found in Bed bleeding from a Woman
in his Throat, which had Penetrated into the Gullet, Says
that he observed no Signs of Life in the Deced, and that
he saw a Knife open on a Chair by the Bedside bloody,
with which the Wound appeared to Dept. to have been
given. Says that the Deced took a pretty large Quantity
of Opium on Wednesday last, which might possibly cause
a Delirium in the Deced.
